摘要
目的:探究与观察事件相关电位检查在卒中后认知功能障碍患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年1月—2018年1月本院收治的78例卒中后认知障碍患者为观察组,同时期的75例卒中后无认知障碍患者为对照组。比较两组患者的事件相关电位检查结果(N2及P3潜伏期及波幅),并比较观察组中不同严重程度认知功能障碍患者的检查结果。结果:观察组的N2及P3潜伏期均长于对照组,N2及P3波幅均小于对照组,同时观察组中,中度患者的N2及P3潜伏期均长于轻度患者,N2及P3波幅均小于轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:事件相关电位在卒中后认知功能障碍患者中呈现显著异常的状态,且依据后者的严重程度不同而表现出显著差异。因此推测事件相关电位检查在卒中后认知功能障碍患者中的应用价值可能较高。
Objective ：To investigate and observe the application value of event-related potential examination in the patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke. Methods ：78 patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke in our hospital from January 2015 to January-2018 were selected as the observation group,75 patients without cognitive dysfunction after stroke at the same time were selected as the control group. Then the event-related potential examination results（ latent period and amplitude of N2 and P3 ） of two groups were compared, then the examination results of observation group with different severity degree of cognitive dysfunction were compared too. Results ：The latent period of N2 and P3 of observation group were longer than those of control group, and the amplitude of N2 and P3 were all smaller than those of control group,in the observation group, the latency of N2 and P3 in moderate patients was longer than that in mild patients, and the amplitude of N2 and P3 were smaller than those of mild patients, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The event-related potential examination in the patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke show significantly abnormal state, and there is a significant difference according to the severity of the latter. It is therefore speculated that event-related potentials may be of higher value in patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke.
