摘要
目的改编反艾滋病歧视培训方案,对三级甲等医院的骨干护士进行培训,探讨此培训方案对三级甲等医院骨干护士艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为的改善效果。方法成立反艾滋病歧视方案改编小组,制订改编方案。选择湖南省某三级甲等医院23个科室的62名骨干护士,对其进行反艾滋病歧视培训,分别于培训前、培训后1个月、3个月及6个月时采用护士艾滋病知信行量表对骨干护士进行测评。结果与培训前相比,62名骨干护士培训后1个月、3个月及6个月时,艾滋病知识得分提高,歧视态度和工作逃避行为得分降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论反艾滋病歧视培训改编方案的实施可有效提高骨干护士艾滋病知识水平,改善其对艾滋病患者的歧视态度与行为。
Objective An adapted "White-Coat and Warm-Heart Intervention" training program(AWWI) was conducted among nurses in a tertiary first-class hospital,to explore the training effectiveness of this program on the AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior of nurses. Methods Totally 62 nurses were selected from 23 de- partments of a tertiary first-class hospital in HuMan Province levels and were provided with AWWI,and the same survey tool was used to investigate nurses' AIDS related knowledge,discrimination attitude,and avoidance behavior at baseline, 1 month,3 months and 6 months after training. Results Compared with baseline,62 nurses' AIDS re- lated knowledge scores were increased and their discrimination attitude and avoidance behavior scores were signifi- cantly decreased at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after training,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The stigma training of AWWI for nurses in a tertiary first-class hospital can effectively enhance nurses' knowledge level and significantly improve their discrimination attitude and behavior towards HIV infected person.
