摘要
我国新农村住宅的工业化发展亟需一种科学高效可持续的理论体系作为支撑,CSI体系就是借鉴了日本经过多年研究出的SI体系,将建筑支撑体和围护体有机分离,实现建筑物的长寿化、灵活性、绿色节能技术化、工业配套化与后期运营管理规范化。笔者根据我国特有的CSI体系对中国新农村住宅展开研究,采用"零能耗"建筑技术与理念,高效利用太阳能等绿色建筑技术^([1]),以期实现新农村住宅全生命周期的可持续发展。结合参加2015台达杯设计竞赛获奖方案为例,铨释出未来新农村住宅有序地向规模化和产业化的方向发展。
The industrialization of new rural housing in China is in need of a scientific and efficient and sustainable theoretical system. The CSI system draws on the SI system that has been studied in Japan for many years, and organically separates the building support and the enclosure to realize the building longevity, flexibility, green energy-saving technology, industrial support and standardization of post-operation management. Based on China's unique CSI system, the author conducts research on new rural housing in China, adopts "zero energy consumption" building technology and concept, and efficiently uses green building technologies such as solar energy to achieve sustainable development of the new rural residential life cycle. Taking the example of participating in the 2015 Delta Cup Design Competition as an example, it will release the future development of new rural houses in an orderly manner towards scale and industrialization.
