摘要
对-38μm粒级中Ta2O5的分布率达到80%以上的某微细粒钽铌尾矿,采用"离心机预富集—粗精矿浮选"的重选—浮选联合工艺处理,获得精矿中Ta2O5和Nb2O5品位分别为18.254 7%和9.083 8%,Ta2O5和Nb2O5回收率分别为35.52%和35.22%的良好指标,为开发利用该类型微细粒、低品位钽铌矿石提供了技术依据。
As to a micro-fine particle low grade Tantalum & Niobium tailing which the distribution of Ta2O5 is more than 80% below 0. 038 μm,a gravity-flotation complex process using the method of pre-enrichment of centrifuge-flotation of rough concentrate is adopted,which brings good indexes with concentrate Ta2O5& Nb2O5 grade of 18. 254 7% & 9. 083 8% respectively,Ta2O5& Nb2O5 recovery of 35. 52%. & 35. 22%. This study has provided technical support for commercial utilization of such kind of micro-fine particle low grade Tantalum &Niobium mine.
