摘要
随着会展业的快速发展,会展行业协会的重要性也越来越凸显。无论是会展行业的规范化运营还是政府对会展行业的管理,会展行业协会都在其中起到重要的作用。通过研究会展行业协会发展现状有助于人们进一步了解协会的实际运营情况,从而进一步加强和改善协会的功能建设。本文以广州、深圳、东莞三地的会展行业协会为例,通过对协会负责人的深度访谈、协会网站信息以及协会刊物的信息分析,采用质性研究方法,梳理出会展行业协会的自身建设情况,包括协会内部治理架构、协会会员情况、协会经费情况。除此以外,通过对协会的服务职能、协调职能的探讨,梳理出目前会展行业协会在处理政府与会员企业利益之间的策略以及遇到的困难。本研究基于案例分析的角度对会展行业协会运营现状进行探讨,能为未来会展行业协会的研究提供初步的研究参考资料,对于新成立的会展行业协会以及发展中的会展行业协会的未来发展具有参考价值。
