摘要
针对传统读者讲座存在的问题,本文提出一种新的按需讲座预约系统框架及服务模式。该模式通过提供嵌入读者环境的精准化服务,能够提升读者体验,满足读者个性化需求,照顾到传统信息素养教育的"长尾",实现馆员隐形知识的转移,有利于馆员自身的成长和学生信息素养的整体提升。
In view of the shortcomings of traditional reader lecture service, this paper proposes a new on-demand lecture reservation system and service mode. By providing an accurate service embedded in the readers environment, this mode can improve the readers experience, meet the personalized needs of readers, take care of the "long tail" of traditional information literacy education, realize the transfer of librarian's invisible knowledge. It is conducive to the librarians own growth and overall improvement of students information literacy.
