摘要
目的探讨中医针灸联合手法治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病患者临床症状、治疗效率及预后的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2014年1月~2015年1月我院收治的80例椎动脉型颈椎病患者分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组采用中药内服联合中医针灸治疗,观察组采用中药内服、中医针灸配合推拿手法治疗,观察两组患者的临床症状、治疗效率及预后情况。结果与对照组(80.0%)相比较,观察组治疗总有效率(92.5%)显著更优(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各项症状积分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TMFV和PSV值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),PI和RI值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸联合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效显著,能明显改善临床症状,促进脑部血液供应,降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with manipulation therapy on clinical symptoms, treatment efficiency and prognosis of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis. Methods 80 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were divided into observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40） by random number table method. The control group was treated with oral Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine acupuncture. The observation group was treated with oral Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with massage manipulation. The clinical symptoms, treatment efficiency and prognosis of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with that of the control group（80.0%）,the total effective rate（92.5%） in the observation group was significantly better（P〈0.05）. The symptom scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment after treatment（P〈0.05）. The TMFV and PSV values were significantly higher（P〈0.05）, and the PI and RI values were signifi- cantly lower （P〈0.05） in the observation group after treatment. Conclusion Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with manipulation in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis has a significant effect, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, promote blood supply to the brain, and reduce the recurrence rate.
