摘要
[目的/意义]通过对中美招聘广告进行对比,了解中美信息分析师职业能力发展的程度和差异,从而对国内信息分析师的培训和发展提供建议。[方法/过程]抓取智联招聘和Career Builder网站关于信息分析师的数据并通过人工清洗得到310条国内数据和302条国外数据,基于专长模型视角对中美军事及国家安全信息分析、技术信息分析、商业与竞争情报分析、金融信息分析、信息咨询五大领域的信息分析师进行核心专长能力对比分析。[结果/结论]从个性、技能和知识维度得出中美信息分析师核心专长能力对比矩阵图,基于对比结果为我国信息分析师的教育和培训提供参考建议。
[ Purpose/significance I Through the comparison of specific recruitment advertisement in China and the United States, this paper aims to find the development degree and differences of information analysts in two countries. The results can pro- vide some advices to the training and development of domestic information analysts. [ Method/process ] The paper adopts the recruit- ment information of information analysts from zhaopin, com and CareerBuilder, and finally gets 310 pieces of domestic data and 302 pieces of foreign data after manual cleaning. Based on expertise model, the paper compares the core expertise of information analysts in the fields of China and the US military and national security information analysis, information technology analysis, business and competitive intelligence analysis, financial information analysis, and information consultation. [ Result/conclusion ~ A map of the core competences of Chinese and American information analysts are drawn from the dimensions of characteristics, skills and knowl- edge. The comparison results provide some suggestions for education and training of Chinese information analysts.
