摘要
基于吊重在起重机工作过程中的摇摆问题,根据吊重在摆动时所在位置的不同,采用达朗贝尔原理建立吊重摇摆的动力学模型,得到主梁所受的力的函数曲线。通过在ANSYS Workbench中对主梁进行静力学分析与瞬态动力分析,然后对结果进行比较分析,得出吊重摇摆会增大主梁在垂直平面内的挠度,对起重机的安全是不利的。
Based on the swing problem during the working process of the crane, according to the difference of the position of the hoisting weight in swinging,the dynamic model of the swinging weight is established by using the D'Alembert's principle,and the function curve of the main beam is obtained. Through static analysis and transient dynamic analysis of the main beam in the ANSYS Workbench,and then comparative analysis of the results, it is concluded that the lifting swing will increase the deflection of the main beam in the vertical plane, which is unfavorable to the safety of the crane.
