摘要
针对皮带驱动起动/发电一体机(BSG)节油技术的应用,分析了其对发动机附件皮带驱动系统(ABDS)的影响,并总结了几种附件皮带驱动系统及零部件的设计方案。结合一款有较大曲轴转速波动的发动机进行了系统方案设计,并借助于计算机仿真软件对设计方案进行分析;确认方案可行性后,通过制作样件、搭建试验台架,验证了设计方案的有效性。
The influence of the application of belt driven integrated starter-generator(BSG),a new fuel economy technology,on engine accessory belt drive system(ABDS)was analyzed.Several design concepts of ABDS and its components were summarized.The design of ABDS system adopting BSG for an engine having the problem of severe crankshaft speed fluctuation was made,and the simulation of the performance of the designed system was carried out to analyze its feasibility.Then a prototype was prepared,a test rig was set up,and a test was performed to verify the design.The testresults show that the desig can fully meet system performance requirements.
