摘要
为研究胶凝砂砾石的抗冻性能,做了不同水胶比和养护龄期的标准试件的室内试验,研究了不同冻融循环次数下试件的抗压强度。结果表明,水胶比由0.6增大至1.4时,胶凝砂砾石抗压强度先增大后减小;水胶比为1.0时,胶凝砂砾石抗压强度最大。经历冻融作用后,水胶比为1.0的胶凝砂砾石试件的抗压强度仍最大。不同养护龄期下胶凝砂砾石的抗压强度差别较大,养护龄期越长,冻融循环作用后的抗压强度越大。相同冻融循环次数下,养护龄期为28d的胶凝砂砾石比养护龄期为7d的胶凝砂砾石的抗压强度高出57%~76%左右。
In order to study the freeze-resistant properties of cemented sand gravel, the compressive strength under different freeze-thaw cycles was studied by using indoor test for standard samples with different water-binder ratio and curing age. The results show that the compressive strength of cemented sand gravel increases first and then decreases with the water-binder ratio increases from 0.6 to 1.4. The compressive strength of cemented sand gravel is the largest when the water-binder ratio is 1.0, even at the action of freeze-thaw. The compressive strength of cemented sand gravel varies greatly under different curing ages. Under different freeze-melt cycles, the compressive strength of cemented sand gravel with a maintenance age of 28 days is about 57%-76% higher than that with a maintenance age of 7 days.
