摘要
介绍了盾构机的基本工作原理,抚顺特钢通过电炉+电渣重熔、精快锻联合成材生产出高质量的盾构机滚刀刀圈材料H13E钢,研究了盾构机滚刀刀圈材料H13E钢的高温力学性能。结果表明,H13E钢经热处理后硬度可以达到56~58HRC,在室温下抗拉强度达到1,886N/mm^2。随环境温度的升高,H13E钢的抗拉强度随之降低,在环境温度升高至700℃时,H13E钢抗拉强度降低至310N/mm^2。通过断口SEM分析,H13E钢拉伸试样断口为韧性断裂,从微观形貌属于微孔聚集型断裂,说明H13E钢基体塑性变形能力较强。
The basic working principle of shield tunneller was introduced in the paper. The high-temperature mechanical properties of high quality H13 steel, which was produced by electric furnace and electroslag remehing,along with precision and rapid forging machines joint , used for cutting ring was studied. The results showed that the hardness of H 13E steel after heat treatment was up to 56~58HRC, while its tensile strength was 1,886N/mm2. The tensile strength of H13E steel decreased with the increase of temperature, so much so that its tensile strength was 310 N/mm2 when the temperature was at 700℃. With the analysis of SEM, the tensile fracture of H13E steel was ductile fracture and its microstructure was microvoid accumulation fracture, which proved that the plastic deformation of H 13E steel was strong.
