聚羧酸型减水剂的复配对混凝土性能的影响

摘要 利用聚羧酸型减水剂为基础,与不同掺量引气剂、消泡剂、缓凝剂进行复合配制高性能减水剂,测试并分析减水效果、流动性变化情况、抗压强度比及混凝土耐久性四个主要指标,优选出减水剂组分最优配伍比例。研究结果表明,该掺合比例下,四个主要指标均提升,为聚羧酸型高性能减水剂的工程应用推广提供了参考和借鉴。 Based on poly carboxylic acid water reducer,a high-performance water reducer was prepared with different amounts of air inducers,defoaming agents and retarding agents. Four main indexes including water reduction effect,mobility change,compressive strength ratio and concrete durability were tested and analyzed,and the optimal proportion of water reducer components was optimized. The results show that all four main indexes are improved under the mixing ratio,which provides a reference for the engineering application and promotion of poly carboxylic acid super plasticizer.
