摘要
为使多脉波整流系统中的自耦变压器满足某些升压场合的应用,需对其结构进行改进设计。星型自耦变压器能显著提高功率密度,其结构可通过改变电源在原边的接入点实现升压。故基于12脉波整流系统分析了星型I和星型II自耦变压器升压数学模型,设计了对应的升压拓扑,给出了两种拓扑的升压范围,比较了相同升压比时两种拓扑的等效容量。在两种升压拓扑中,当升压比小于3时,随着升压比的增大,两种自耦变压器的等效容量增幅较大。当升压比大于等于3小于50时,随升压比的增大自耦变压器的等效容量增大较慢。当升压比大于50时,随升压比的增大自耦变压器的等效容量基本保持在各自稳定值,不再有较大波动。在相同升压比时,星型II自耦变压器升压拓扑较星型I自耦变压器升压拓扑容量小约15%,更适用于升压场合。仿真实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
To meet step-up occasion, autotransformer applied in multi-pulse rectifier is required to redesign. Star–connected autotransformer is commonly used to increase power density. Its step-up structure can be designed by changing power access point in the primary winding. This paper analyzed two step-up mathematical models of different star-connected autotransformers, and designed their step-up topology. The step-up ranges of the two autotransformers were given and equivalent KVA rating under the same step-up value was compared. In the two step-up topologies, when step-up ratio is less than 3, with increase of the step-up ratio, the equivalent capacity of the two kinds of autotransformer increases greatly. When the step-up ratio is greater than or equal to 3 but less than 50, with increase of the step-up ratio, the equivalent capacity of the autotransformers increases slowly. When the step-up ratio is greater than 50, the equivalent capacity of the autotransformer is kept nearly constant with increase of step-up ratio, and no larger fluctuation occurs. At the same step-up ratio, the equivalent KVA rating of star-II autotransformer step-up topology is about 15% smaller than that of star-I autotransformer, more suitable for step-up applications. Simulation results verified correctness of the theoretical analysis.
