摘要
咳嗽是中医肺系疾病的临床常见症状,《素问·咳论》将咳嗽分为五脏咳和六腑咳,并分别阐述其各自特点,充分说明咳嗽在辨证论治过程中的复杂性。孔令诩老师临证数十载中治疗咳嗽颇多,善于从肝论治,临床疗效显著。故在系统搜集整理孔令诩老师临床验案基础上,从邪犯少阳、邪伤肝络、木火刑金、肝阴不足4个方面归纳出相应治则治法及其方药加减变化,希望对临床辨证治疗咳嗽有所帮助。
Cough is a common clinical symptom of pulmonary disease. Su wen（ Plain Questions） divided cough into five zang-organs and six fu-organs in the Theory of cough,fully explained its complexity in the treatment process. Teacher KONG Ling-xu was skilled at treating cough from regulating liver during his clinical career. This article attempted to summarized the corresponding principles and methods of treatment as well as their medication addition and subtraction based on the systematic collection and sorting of proven cases from four respects,aiming to be helpful in syndrome differentiation and treatment of cough.
