摘要
在半煤岩掘进机的各项性能指标中,工作稳定性是评价其整机性能的重要指标,直接影响着掘进机的截割性能和工作可靠性。分析研究半煤岩掘进机静止状态处于上倾或下倾坡度、沿最大下倾坡度向下行走、向上或向下截割与纵向钻进截割几种作业状态时的受力情况,得出掘进机不会发生翻倒、滑移现象,工作稳定性好,能够满足在半煤岩巷道进行掘进要求的结论。
In the technical specifications of half coal rock roadheader, the working stability is one of the important indices for the whole machine performance evaluation, which directly influences the cutting performance and working reliability. Analysis and study the force condition of half coal rock roadheader under the several operation states of stationary state in the upper and lower slope, to walk down the maximum lower slope, upward or downward cutting and longitudinal drilling.It is concluded that roadheader will not be overturned and slided, working stability is good, can meet the requirement in half coal rock drivage.
