摘要
目的探讨不同剂量布比卡因腰麻在妊娠期高血压疾病患者剖宫产术中的麻醉效果及安全性评价。方法选取于2013年1月—2017年12月合并妊娠高血压疾病来该院进行剖宫产术后的患者80例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。其中对照组和观察组分别给予12 mg、8.5 mg比重布比卡因进行麻醉。对比分析两组麻醉的临床效果及安全性。结果观察组麻醉的总有效率为92.5%,与对照组的92.5%相似,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.000,P>0.05);观察组麻醉的不良反应总发生率为15.0%,明显低于对照组的35.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.267,P<0.05)。结论应用小剂量布比卡因对妊娠期高血压疾病患者剖宫产术中进行腰麻,不影响麻醉效果的同时可以有效降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To study the evaluation of anesthesia effect and safety of different doses of bupivacaine lumbar anesthesia in the cesarean section surgery of patients with gestational hypertension disease.Methods 80 cases of patients after the cesarean section surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each,the control group and the observation group were respectively treated with 12 mg、8.5 mg bupivacaine for anesthesia,and the clinical effect and safety were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group was similar to that in the control group（92.5% vs92.5%）,and the difference was not statistically significant（χ2=0.000,P 〉0.05）;the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（15.0% vs 35.0%）,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.267,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of bupivacaine lumbar anesthesia in the cesarean section surgery of patients with gestational hypertension disease can not affect the anesthesia effect and can effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,and it is worth promotion and application.
