摘要
目的探讨罗氏ACCU-CHEK血糖仪与罗氏Cobas c 501全自动生化分析仪检测血糖结果的相关性及差异性,为临床应用提供可靠参考。方法选取2016年1月—2017年7月来该院精神康复科住院的352例患者的末梢血和静脉血浆,应用罗氏ACCU-CHEK血糖仪和罗氏Cobas c 501全自动生化分析仪进行血糖检测,测得的数据均数应用统计学软件进行处理分析。结果罗氏ACCU-CHEK血糖仪与罗氏Cobas c 501全自动生化分析仪测得的空腹血糖值分别为(7.29±3.02)mmol/L和(7.35±3.23)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖值分别为(10.35±4.18)mmol/L和(10.75±4.24)mmol/L,两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.0622,1.009 8,P>0.05)。结论快速血糖仪和全自动生化分析仪均是检验血糖的有效方式,但快速血糖仪相对简便、快捷,更适用于医院急诊或家庭糖尿病患者的自我监测。
Objective To study the correlation and difference of Roche ACCU-CHEK blood glucose meter and Roche Cobas c 501 automatic analyzer in testing the blood glucose results thus providing reliable reference for the clinical application.Methods The peripheral blood and venous plasma of 352 inpatients in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were tested,and the blood glucose was tested by the Roche ACCU-CHEK blood glucose meter and Roche Cobas c 501 automatic analyzer,and the data were statistically analyzed by the statistical software.Results The fasting blood glucose value and postprandial 2 h blood glucose value of the Roche ACCU-CHEK blood glucose meter and Roche Cobas c 501 automatic analyzer were respectively（7.29 ±3.02） mmol/L,（7.35 ±3.23） mmol/L and（10.35 ±4.18）mmol/L（10.75±4.24） mmol/L,and the differences between groups were not statically significant（t=0.0622,1.009 8,P〉0.05）.Conclusion Both rapid blood glucose meter and automatic analyzer are effective ways of testing the blood glucose,but the rapid blood glucose meter is relatively simple and rapid,which is more suitable for the emergency or selfmonitoring of diabetes patients.
