摘要
为解决零件制造厂中作金属探伤使用过的荧光渗透剂废水含多项污染指标(如COD、TN、SS、5-羟基荧光素琥珀亚胺酯、色度等)、成分复杂、难降解、单一生化法达不到排放标准的问题,采用电絮凝氧化装置—MCBR(微型回旋生物反应池)—离心分离组合工艺技术,荧光渗透剂废水经过一系列净化流程后,水质达到GB 3838—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级标准的A类标准。
Fluorescent penetrant wastewater used for metal flaw detection in parts manufacturing plants contains multiple pollution indicators, such as COD, TN, SS,5-hydroxyl, fluorescein, color etc. The composition of wastewater is complex and it is difficult to degrade. Treatment with single biochemical method does not meet the emission standard. However, it can be treated with electric flocculation oxidation device-MCBR (Mini cyclotron biological reactor)-Centrifugal separation and combination technology. After a series of purification process, the quality of the treated water reaches the class A standard of the first class standard for the discharge standard of pollutants in the urban sewage treatment plant (GB 3838 2002).
