摘要
目的了解非医学专业学生对高发传染病相关知识的知晓情况和预防行为,为建立科学、有效、多元化的高校传染病健康教育模式提供依据。方法对南京市某综合性高校非医学专业341名在校学生进行调查,共发放问卷341份,回收率为100.0%;有效问卷332份,合格率为97.4%。结果学生对肺结核的临床表现、传播途径知晓率较低,分别为32.5%(108/332)、39.5%(131/332);对流行性感冒的传染特点及临床表现知晓率分别为39.8%(132/332)、24.7%(82/332);对乙型肝炎(乙肝)传播途径和预防措施的知晓率分别为28.9%(96/332)、51.5%(171/332)。近5年内只有36.7%(122/332)的学生能定期检查并接种乙肝疫苗;仅43.1%(143/332)的学生知晓艾滋病传播途径,41.3%(137/332)的学生曾使用过未消毒的器械穿耳、纹眉等。文科生对肺结核的传播途径、流行性感冒的预防措施、我国乙肝高发原因及易感人群的知晓率均明显高于理科生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非医学专业学生对传染病基本知识认知匮乏,高校需建立并完善传染病管理制度,规范传染病防控工作,结合高教厅要求和学生特点开展多元化的传染病健康教育。
Objective To understand the awareness situation of related knowledge and preventive behaviors of non-medical students on high incidence of infectious diseases in order to provide a basis for establishing a scientific,effective anddiversified health education model of infectious disease in universities. Methods A survey was conducted on 341 non-medi-cal students from a comprehensive university in Nanjing City. A total of 341 questionnaires were issued with the recovery rate of100%; there were 332 effective questionnaires with the qualified rate of 97.4%. Results The college students had the lowawareness rates of tuberculosis' s clinical manifestations and transmission route,which were 32.5%(108/332)and 39.5%(131/332)respectively;the awareness rates of infectious characteristics and clinical manifestations in influenza were 39.8%(132/332)and 24.7%(82/332)respectively. The awareness rates of hepatitis B transmission route and prevention measures were28.9%(96/332)and 51.5%(171/332)respectively. In the last five years,only 36.7% of the students(122/332)were regularlytested and vaccinated for hepatitis B;only 43.1% of the students(143/332)knew the HIV transmission route,and 41.4% of thestudents(137/332)used unsterilized equipment to conduct the ear-puncturing and eyebrows. The awareness rates of tuberculo-sis transmission route,influenza prevention measures and hepatitis B susceptible population in liberal arts students were higherthan those in science students,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Non-medical students arelack of basic knowledge of infectious diseases,so the universities should establish and perfect the management system of infec-tious diseases,standardize the prevention and control work of infectious diseases,and carry out multiple infectious diseaseshealth education by combining with the requirements of Jiangsu Provincial Advanced Education Department and the character-istics of students.
