摘要
目的探讨提高微小组织石蜡制片质量的方法,明确微小组织的内涵。方法针对微小组织石蜡切片制作过程中常常出现组织遗漏、切完和多粒组织切片不全等问题,通过伊红标记、预包埋等方法来精心制作切片。结果伊红标记可避免微小组织遗漏,预包埋可以使多粒微小组织处于同一水平面来防止切不全或切完组织的情况发生,整个制片过程中仔细操作也是必不可少的条件。结论伊红标记和预包埋等方法能够很好地解决微小组织切片制作中的遗漏、切完和"切不全"等问题,并进一步明确了微小组织的内涵。
Objective To explore methods to improve the quality of paraffin sections and the clarity of microtissue. Methods There are often problems during the microtissue paraffin section preparation, such as tissue omission, depletion and incomplete sectioning of multiple microtissues. To fix the problems and obtain high quality paraffin sections of microtissue, several approaches were tried. Results Eosin marker can prevent microtissue omission. Pre-embedding tissue ensures multiple microtissues in the same horizontal plane, thus avoiding tissue depletion and incomplete sectioning. It is also essential to be careful and thorough during section preparation. Conclusion Usage of eosin marker, pre-embedding tissue and careful operation can avoid tissue omission, depletion and incomplete sectioning of microtissue which improve the quality of microtissue sections.
