摘要
目的探究分析视频脑电图监测(VEEG)对儿童癫痫的临床诊断价值,并为该症的合理治理提供诊断基础,促进患儿转归。方法择取2015年4月—2018年4月某院收治的疑似癫痫儿童86例,对所有患儿行VEEG监测,时间4~8 h,再行常规脑电图(EEG)监测,并对2种监测的癫痫样放电检出率、非特异性异常率、总异常率进行比较,用于评价2种监测方法的价值。结果 VEEG监测的癫痫样放电检出率62.79%,高于EEG监测的癫痫样放电检出率30.23%(χ~2=10.924,P<0.05),VEEG监测的总异常率81.40%,均高于EEG监测的总异常率55.81%(χ~2=10.693,P<0.05)。结论经过对2种监测方法的比较,发现VEEG监测中的特异性更高,且VEEG监测的诊断效果也更为显著,说明针对儿童癫痫者,可择取VEEG监测进行诊断,VEEG监测的灵敏度更好,且可为该症的治疗提供更为准确的诊断方式,有助于该症的合理治疗,效果理想,可推广。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of video electroencephalogram monitoring in clinical diagnosis of children with epilepsy and provide the diagnosis basis for the disease and promote the outcome of children.Methods 86 cases of children suspected with epilepsy admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were selected, and all children were for VEEG monitoring for 4-8 h, and for routine EEG monitoring, and the test rate of epileptiform discharge, nonspecific abnormality rate and total abnormal rate were compared between the two groups, and the value of the two monitoring methods was evaluated. Results The test rate of epileptiform discharge monitored by the VEEG was higher that of epileptiform discharge monitored by the EEG（62.79% vs 30.23%）,（χ^2=10.924,P〈0.05）, and the total abnormal rate of VEEG monitoring was higher than that of EEG monitoring（81.40% vs55.81%,χ^2=10.693,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The specificity of VEEG monitoring is higher, and the diagnosis effect of VEEG monitoring is more obvious, which shows that the sensitivity of VEEG monitoring is better for children with epilepsy, which can provide more accurate diagnosis method for the treatment of the diseases, and it contributes to the rational therapy, and the effect is ideal, and it can be promoted.
