摘要
纵观国际核电市场,新兴核电国家、"一带一路"沿线国家目前或正准备建设核电机组,或在陆续推出核电发展规划。考虑到核电的经济性,这些国家普遍要求的机组是百万千瓦级以上的大型核电机组。分析并提出大型核电机组的出口策略十分必要。文中重点分析比较了世界各大区域、国与国之间在运、在建和拟建的大型核电机组规模、分布和当地的核能发展规划。结合在中国实施的"一带一路"和"走出去"战略下已有的国际核电市场开发经验,提出相应的大型核电机组的出口策略。通过分析,针对不同目标国市场,需要与当地政府、企业协商合作,寻找到合适的市场进入模式和项目承包模式。这对未来大型核电机组的海外投资具有一定的指导意义。
Throughout the international nuclear power market, the emerging nuclear power countries and coun tries along the route of ＂One Belt One Road＂ are currently preparing to build nuclear power plants, or to launch the nuclear power development plan. These countries generally require large-scale nuclear power plants of i000 MW or more, which takes the economy of nuclear power plants into account. It is indispensable to analyze and propose the export strategy of large scale nuclear power plants. In this paper, the distribution of large scale nu clear power plants and the local nuclear energy development plan in the world＇ s major regions and countries are compared in details. Combined with the implementation of the ＂One Belt One Road＂ and ＂Going out＂ strategies and the existing international nuclear power market development experience, the corresponding export strategies are put forward. For the different targeting market, a suitable market entry model and project contract model will be achieved by the cooperation with the local government and enterprises, which plays a significant role in the overseas investment of large scale nuclear power plants.
