摘要
核电厂调试阶段现场作业错综复杂,逻辑关系受各种因素影响一变再变。在这种极端复杂的情况下,为缩短调试工期,需研究利用各种工具合理计划安排各项工作并督促现场执行。从控制现场作业的常用工具(P6项目控制软件、工单管理系统、工作票管理系统)入手,分析其相互之间的逻辑关系,研究协同工作的可能性及实现方法;最后结合在某核电站的实践,阐述了计划工程师有效管控现场作业的实践。P6、工单管理系统、工作票管理系统协同工作对现场作业控制有独到之处。工单管理通过与P6、工作票管理的动态联动使调试作业管理从流程上实现了整体融合,使得调试计划部门能更加有效地控制现场试验,消缺等工作,显著提高调试工作效率,为缩短调试工期创造条件。
The commissioning of nuclear power plant is complicated, with logical relationships changing fre quently due to various reasons. In order to shorten the commissioning period, it is necessary to study the use of various tools to rationally plan and arrange for various tasks and supervise their implementation on site. Thispaper starts with the common tools for controlling on site operations (P6 project control software, the work order management system, and the work ticket management system), analyzes the logical relationship be tween them, and studies the possibility and implementation of the collaborative work. Finally, in conjunction with the practice of a power plant, the practice of planning engineers to effectively control on site operations is expounded. P6, the work order management system and the work ticket management system work together to play a unique role in on site operation control. The work order management, through the dynamic linkage with P6 and the work ticket management, enables the commissioning operation management to achieve the overall in tegration, makes the commissioning and planning department more effectively control the on site test, elimi nation of defects, etc. , and significantly improves the efficiency of commissioning and creates conditions for shortening the commissioning period.
