摘要
目的通过测定1 800名昆明市健康成年人血清25羟维生素D(25OHD水平和骨密度,分析目前昆明市健康成年人的维生素D状况,并评价其与骨密度的关系。方法方便选择2010年1—4月昆明健康成年人1 800名,所有成年人体检当天空腹取静脉血5 m L,完成血清分离后采用竞争性放射免疫分析的方法测定血清25OHD水平。根据年龄分为18~29岁组、30~39组,40~49岁组,50~59岁组,60~69岁组,≥70岁组;分析对昆明市健康成年人年龄与血清25羟维生素D(25OHD水平、骨密度水平进行相关性分析。结果维生素D严重缺乏192名(10.7%),缺乏1 075名(59.7%),不足430名(23.9%),充足仅103名(5.7%);1 800名受试者中,18~29岁组、30~39岁组,40~49岁组,50~59岁组,60~69岁组,≥70岁组血清维生素D平均值分别为:18.90 ng/m L,20.36 ng/m L,19.91 ng/m L,18.53 ng/m L,18.33 ng/m L,18.62 ng/m L。60~69岁组,≥70岁组全髋部、股骨颈、大转子区及转子间骨密度水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);18~29岁组、30~39岁组,40~49岁组,50~59岁组全髋部、股骨颈、大转子区及转子间骨密度水平,均高于60~69岁组,≥70岁组(P<0.05)。昆明市健康成年人年龄与骨密度水平呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论昆明地区健康成年人群中存在严重的维生素D不足和缺乏状况,不同年龄段均需增加维生素D补充改善成年人群健康。
Objective To determine the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25 OHD level and bone mineral density) of 1 800 healthy adults in Kunming, analyze the status of vitamin D in healthy adults in Kunming, and evaluate its relationship with bone mineral density. Methods From January to April 2010, 1 800 healthy adults in Kunming were convenient selected. All adults had a 5-mL venous blood sample taken on that day, and serum levels of 25 OHD were determined by competitive radioimmunoassay after serum separation.The age divided into 18-29 years old group, 30-39 year old group, 40-49 year old group, 50-59 year old group, 60-69 year old group, or more than 70 years old group. The correlation analysis of the age of healthy adults in Kunming and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D(25 OHD level and bone mineral density level) was analyzed with the software of the correlation analysis of the healthy adults in Kunming. Results Vitamin D was severely deficient in 192(10.7%), lack of 1 075(59.7%), less than 430(23.9%), and adequate only 103(5.7%); among the 1 800 subjects, the average value of vitamin D in the serum of 18-29 years old, 30-39, 40-49 years, 50-59 years, 60-69 years, and older groups was18.90 ng/mL, 20.36 ng/mL, respectively. 19.91 ng/mL,18.53 ng/mL, 18.33 ng/mL, 18.62 ng/mL. In the 60-69 year old group, the total hip, femoral neck, large trochanter area and intertrochanteric bone density level were not statistically significant(P〉0.05). 18-29 year old group, 30-39 group, 40-49 year old group, 50-59 year old group of total hip, femur neck,large trochanter area and intertrochanteric bone density level were higher than 60-69 years old group, and more than 70 years old group(P〈0.05). The results of SPSS Pearson_correlationanalysis showed that there was a negative correlation between age and bone mineral density in healthy adults in Kunming(P 0.05). Conclusion There are serious vitamin D deficiency and deficiency in healthy adults in Kunming area. In the age group, vitamin D supplementation is needed
