摘要
特定型语言障碍患者智能、听力正常,没有精神疾病,在正常环境中成长,但出现语言发展迟缓或异常。由于这种障碍的临床鉴定是以排除障碍成因为主要手段,因此患者之间的语言能力与困难存有相当大的差异性。本文以特定型语言障碍儿童在发展过程中的语言转变为纵轴,以临床语言障碍分类为横纲,从十六位语障儿童在为时两年的纵向研究中的表现,探讨汉语特定型语言障碍儿童的语言发展历程。结果显示,被试者中出现类似语音语法障碍和词汇语法障碍的个案最多。他们在两年内表现出一定程度的语言成长。从八项语言测试分析各种临床与障碍分类的语言特征,只有"词汇语法障碍"一类出现类似亚型的群聚发展变化。不过由于本次研究样本数少,所使用工具并未标准化,因此特定型语言障碍亚型的存在与否,仍需要进一步探究。
Children with specific language impairment( SLI) are those with unexplained language delay or disorders. Because of the exclusionary criteria in identifying children with SLI,linguistic performance of children in the group varies drastically. This study aims to examine the linguistic development of children with SLI by comparing changes in profile of different clinical subgroups. A total of 16 children were followed in a two-year longitudinal study and they were tested with 8 different language tasks at four different time points. The results showed that phonological-syntactic disorder and lexical-syntactic disorders were the two common subtypes. However,only children of the lexical-syntactic subtype displayed common features in their course of development.However,due to the constraint of sample size and the use of non-standardized tools,further investigation is needed to clarify issues related to subtypes in SLI.
