摘要
渗铌表面处理可以有效提高材料的硬度、耐磨性、抗氧化性,延长使用寿命。本文阐述了渗铌表面处理工艺的发展历史及研究现状,重点介绍了固体渗铌、盐浴渗铌及双辉等离子渗铌工艺最佳配比及其在不同基体材料的发展和应用。概述了不同渗铌处理下母体材料的微观组织结构和性能的改变,并提出了渗铌工艺广泛应用需解决的瓶颈问题及发展趋势。
The treatment of niobium infiltration surface can effectively improve the hardness, wear resistance and oxidation resistance of materials, and prolong the service life. The development history and present situation of niobium infiltration are expounded in this article. The optimum proportion of solid niobium infiltration, salt bath niobsing and double glow plasma niobium infiltration process and their development and application in different matrix materials are introduced. The changes of microstructure and properties of materials under different niobium infiltration treatments are summarized, and the bottleneck problems and development trend of niobium infiltration process are put forward.
