摘要
目的比较超声处理法、调速震荡法与手动振摇法在药品检验药物溶解中的应用。方法采用超声处理法、调速震荡法与手动振摇法对盐酸二甲双胍片、氢氯噻嗪片、硝苯地平片、维生素B1片进行预处理并测定含量,考察上述3种方法对不同样品含量测定结果的影响。结果与结论超声处理法操作简便、快捷,溶解效果满意,建议在药品检验中采用。
Objective To compare the application of ultrasonic method, multi-speed oscillator method and hand- shaking method in dis-solution of drugs for testing drugs. Methods The ultrasonic method, multi-speed oscillator method and hand-shaking method were adopted to determine Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets, Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets, Nifedipine Tablets, Vitamin B1 Tablets, The effects of the above 3 methods on the content determination of different samples were investigated. Results and Conclusion Ultrasonic method is simple, fast with satisfactory results of dissolution, it is recommended to be used in drug testing.
