某三甲医院口腔综合治疗台水路需氧菌污染状况调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究某三甲医院口腔综合治疗台水路需氧菌污染状况及消毒前后的变化,为防治口腔综合治疗台水路污染提供科学依据。方法选取某三甲医院5个口腔不同专业科室(A、B、C、D、E)的10台口腔综合治疗台作为研究对象,分别在每日初次诊疗前及当日诊疗结束后采集每台治疗台的手机、洁牙机、出水口及三用气枪4个部位的水样,涂在普通营养琼脂培养基上,置37℃恒温培养箱培养,计数。结果 10台口腔综合治疗台消毒前后水路中的需氧菌菌落形成单位各不相同,10台口腔综合治疗台中除A、B科室和E科室的洁牙机以外,整体上是新治疗台水路中的需氧菌含量高于旧治疗台,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相同科室口腔综合治疗台消毒前后不同部位需氧菌含量不同,且不同科室的治疗台相同部位在不同采样时间其采集水样中需氧菌的含量存在较大差异。结论该医院口腔专业不同科室及相同科室不同使用年限和不同部位的口腔综合治疗台的水路消毒前后需氧菌菌落数均有所不同,污染现象普遍,应引起足够的重视。 Objective To study the aerobic bacterial pollution station of dental Unit water lines and the alteration of the flora,provide a scientific basis for reducing pollution.Methods Ten comprehensive dental treatment tables(A,B,C,D,E)from five different departments of stomatology in a third-class hospital in Xinjiang were selected as the research objects.Collect the water samples before the daily initial treatment and after the treatment from four parts of each treatment table,namely hand piece,tooth cleaning machine,water outlet and mouthwash,respectively,culture and calculated the number of aerobic bacteria on the agar culture-medium.Results Aerobic bacterial colonies in the water of 10 dental comprehensive treatment tables were different before and after disinfection.Except for dental cleaners in departments A,B and E,the content of aerobic bacteria in the water of the new treatment table was higher than that of the old one,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).The content of aerobic bacteria in different parts of the same department oral comprehensive treatment table before and after disinfection was different,and the content of aerobic bacteria in the same part of the treatment table in different departments at different sampling times was different.Conclusion The professional dental departments and same department which use fixed number of year oral unit parts,the aerobic bacteria colony number of water that before and after disinfection is different,the phenomenon of pollution is common.
