摘要
生物质锅炉受热面腐蚀造成承压部件泄漏是制约生物质机组安全稳定长周期运行的主要原因之一,从而直接影响了生物质发电企业的经济效益。通过长期分析生物质锅炉运行情况,结合生物质入炉燃料品质不稳定,生物质锅炉燃烧不稳定的特点,除一般锅炉均有发生的汽、水、烟侧腐蚀外,发现造成生物质锅炉受热面腐蚀减薄的主要原因就是高温腐蚀。所以,如何避免受热面壁温超限就是控制生物质锅炉受热面腐蚀减薄的主要方法。
The leakage of pressurized components by corrosion of biomass boiler is one of the main causes that restrict the safe and stable long-term operation of biomass unit, which directly affects the economic benefit of biomass power generation.Through long time analysis of the boiler operation,with the combination of unstable fuel quality of biomass into the furnace and the unstable combustion characteristic of biomass boiler,it is found that in addition to the occurrence of steam,water and smoke side corrosion of general boiler, the main cause for the corrosion reduction of boiler heating surface is high temperature corrosion. Therefore, the prevention of overheating of heating surface is the main method to control the corrosion reduction of heating surface of biomass boiler.
