基于红外热像技术探讨健身气功八段锦对心功能的影响 被引量:22

The Effect of Health Qigong-Baduanjin on Heart Function Based on Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology

摘要 目的:比较练习健身气功八段锦前后,受试者心功能以及心包经红外辐射轨迹的差异,探讨八段锦改善心功能的可能机制。方法:43名健康志愿者随机分为练习组和对照组。练习组持续练习八段锦12周,每周练习5次,每次60 min;对照组不参加八段锦练习。分别在干预前和干预12周后,应用血液动力学监护仪监测心率(HR)、每搏输出量(SV)、每搏指数(SI)等心功能指标;结合红外热像仪观察心包经表面皮肤温度。结果:练习组持续练习八段锦12周后,HR较练习前显著减慢(P<0.01),SV、SI较练习前显著升高(P<0.05),且HR、SV、SI与对照组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05);心包经红外辐射轨迹较练习前清晰,心包经线平均温度较练习前显著升高(P<0.01),也显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦练习可以增强心包经线组织能量代谢,改善心功能。 Objective To observe the effect of practicing Health Qigong--Baduanjin on the varia-tion of heart function and skin temperature of the pericardium meridian(PC). Methods A total of 43 healthy volunteers were randomly allocated into an exercise or a control group. Volunteers in the exer-cise group practiced 60 min Qigong--Baduanjin regularly 5 times a week for 12 weeks,while the con-trol group did nothing. The heart rate(HR),stroke volume(SV) and stroke index(SI) were measuredwith ICG Monitor and the skin temperature of PC were detected using an infrared thermal scanner be-fore and during the intervention. Results After 12-week exercise,the level of HR decreased significantly(P〈0.01),and that of SV and SI increased significantly(P〈0.05). Significant differences were also ob-served in the levels of HR,SV and SI between the exercise and control groups(P〈0.05). The markedinfrared radiant tracks along PC were observed clearly in the volunteers of the exercise group. Afterthe exercise,the average skin temperature of PC increased significantly in the exercise group(P〈0.01),which was also significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Practicing healthQigong--Baduanjin can improve heart function by enhancing the energy metabolism of PC.
