血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病视网膜病变Meta分析 被引量:12

Meta-analysis on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction for Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

摘要 目的:系统评价血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的有效性和安全性。方法:依据Meta分析要求,对CBM、CNKI、VIP、重要会议论文集、各高校优秀学位论文集、Pub Med、Embase及The Cochrane Library等进行系统检索,纳入以血府逐瘀汤作为干预措施治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床试验的研究文献,文献的检索年限均为建库至2017年12月。由两名研究人员独立进行检索并提取资料,如果遇到分歧,找第三方协助解决。采用Cochrane协作网提供的Review Manager 5.3对有效性进行系统评价。结果:最终纳入9篇RCT,受试者共1082例,9篇文献均报道总有效率,2篇文献报道不良反应的相关内容。异质性检验:Chi^2=6.41,P=0.60,I^2=0,Odds Ratio(OR)=2.43,95%CI(1.86,3.17),Z=6.49,P〈0.00001。结论:血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著,安全性较高。 Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on diabetic retinopathy. Methods:Retrieve CBM,CNKI,VIP,Important Conference Proceedings,University's Excellent Dissertations,Pub Med,The Cochrane library,etc.,and including Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction as an intervention to treat diabetic retinopathy clinical trial research literature,the literature search period is building library until December 2017. There were two researchers independently doing a data extrion of valid data. To evaluate the quality of the literature,use the Cochrane collaboration Review Manager 5.3 software for Meta-analysis. Results:A total number of 9 papers involving 1082 patients wereconcluded.Fixed effect model was used to undergo Meta-analysis and the results showed that the totaleffective rate of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on diabetic retinopathy againstother drugs was statistically difference between the treatment groups Chi^2=6.41,df=8(P=0.60),I^2=0,OR=2.43,95%CI(1.86,3.17),Z=6.49,P〈0.00001. Two literatures reported adverse reactions. Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of DR.
