摘要
近年来,随着风电装机容量的不断扩大,风电场数挺逐年攀升,新能源发电在电力系统中的比重逐渐增大,电网对风电场的安全性管理提出了更高的要求。风电运营商通过信息化建设加强度风场的管理,电力公司通过掌握更多的风电场实时运行数据完善保持电网稳定的策略,电力生产数据的传输是实现信息化建设的基础,数据传输安全性对整个电力系统的稳定高效的运行起了至关重要的内容。目前,许多风电场传输的数据还存在较大的网络安全性问题。本文主要从安全分区、横向隔离、纵向加密等手段介绍了风电场数据安全防护策略,结合多个风电场当前安防情况提出了基于风电场监控系统安防改造的两套方案,并针对具体风电场提出了其安防改造了详细方案,提升了风电系统网络安全性,保障了电力行业网络数据的稳定性。
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of wind power installed capacity, the number of wind farms has increased steadily. The proportion of new energy power generation in the power system gradually increases the safety of the power grid wind farm management put forward higher requirements. Wind power operators strengthen the management of intensified wind farms through informatization construction. Power companies improve their strategies for maintaining power grid stability by grasping more real-time operating data of wind farms. The transmission of power production data is the basis for information-based construction and data transmission security. It is crucial to the stable and efficient operation of the entire power system. At present, many data transmitted by wind farms still have large network security problems. This article mainly introduces the data security protection strategy for wind farms from safe zoning, horizontal isolation, and vertical encryption. Combining the current security situation of multiple wind farms, two sets of plans based on security transformation of wind farm mom'toring systems are proposed for specific wind farms. Its security has transformed the detailed plan, improved the security of the wind power system network, and ensured the stability of the power industry network data.
