冀州勃海郡望封氏家族乃中古时期北方著姓,新见北魏封之秉墓志内容丰富翔实,不仅是了解北魏上流阶级生存状况和发展境遇的绝佳素材,还是透视中古门阀士族体制的重要窗口。在体制层面,流品原则将阀阅世资、门第等级、乡邑品第、释褐起家及仕进途径通统串联起来,呈现森严明晰的等级秩序;在社会层面,基于资源优势产生的卓越的资质素养及独一无二的治世情怀使其堪任基层自治体的领导者。体制与社会乃中古士族制成立的基本要素,二者相辅相成、缺一不可。
The new FengZhiBing＇s epitaph of the Northern Wei dynasty was the important window to explore the aristocratic system and the domination structure.The institutional and social characteristics were the basis of argument.On the one hand,the official rank and titular honor,family status,official qualification grade,the first official position and prospect were connected in series according to the social rank structure,which constituted the strict hierarchy.On the other hand,the excellent quality and the spirit of public service made the noblemen become the leader of the grassroot autonomous society.The FengZhiBing＇s epitaph was justly created following the two base points of the mediaeval aristocratism,which was the key to crack the mysteries of the unearthed information.
