高职新生关键期良性循环英语教学研究与实践

摘要 高职学生英语学习存在关键期。为改善高职英语教学,分析当前真实教学现状及存在的主要问题,探讨如何把握新生关键期,实施全员参与型课堂组织和透明化综合考核评价来激发学生内部动力,变被动为主动,进而形成良性循环。 There are critical periods for higher vocational students to learn English. In order to improve teaching, this paper analyzes the current situation of English teaching in higher vocational colleges as well as the major problems to be solved. It explores how to master the critical periods of freshmen, implement the total involvement classroom and transparent comprehensive assessment to stimulate students' internal motivation, change passivity into activity and form a virtuous cycle.
