摘要
为了探明留树保鲜技术在柑橘生产上的应用效果,以椪柑为试验材料,开展了椪柑果实留树保鲜试验。结果表明:与正常采收的鲜果相比,椪柑果实留树保鲜60d后,糖酸比和固酸比呈上升趋势,天柱、从江、锦屏3试点的糖酸比和固酸比分别提高5.81%、59.64%、72.98%和21.89%、69.22%、49.76%。与普通贮藏相比,市场价格提高了1.5~2.0元/kg,单价平均提高21.67%。留树保鲜改善了果实品质和新鲜程度,提高椪柑生产的经济效益。
In order to explore the application effects of on tree storage technology in citrus production, on tree storage experiments were conducted on ponkan. Results: Sugar acid ratio and solid acid ratio of ponkan showed an increasing trend after 60 d on tree storage, which respectively increased by 5. 81%, 59.64%, 72.98% and 21. 89%, 69. 22%, 49. 76% in Tianzhu, Congjiang and Jinping. Compared with normal storage, on-tree storage enhanced market price and unit price respectively by 1.5 -2.0 Yuan/kg and 21. 67%. On-tree storage improved fruit quqlity, and increased the economic benefits of ponkan production.
