摘要
为了探明留树保鲜技术在柑橘生产上的应用效果,以椪柑为试验材料,开展了椪柑果实留树保鲜试验。结果表明:与正常采收的鲜果相比,椪柑果实留树保鲜60d后,糖酸比和固酸比呈上升趋势,天柱、从江、锦屏3试点的糖酸比和固酸比分别提高5.81%、59.64%、72.98%和21.89%、69.22%、49.76%。与普通贮藏相比,市场价格提高了1.5~2.0元/kg,单价平均提高21.67%。留树保鲜改善了果实品质和新鲜程度,提高椪柑生产的经济效益。
In order to explore the application effects of on tree storage technology in citrus production, on tree storage experiments were conducted on ponkan. Results： Sugar acid ratio and solid acid ratio of ponkan showed an increasing trend after 60 d on tree storage, which respectively increased by 5. 81%, 59.64%, 72.98% and 21. 89%, 69. 22%, 49. 76% in Tianzhu, Congjiang and Jinping. Compared with normal storage, on-tree storage enhanced market price and unit price respectively by 1.5 -2.0 Yuan/kg and 21. 67%. On-tree storage improved fruit quqlity, and increased the economic benefits of ponkan production.
