摘要
目的:观察和评价肛裂切除内括约肌部分松解黏膜下移术治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效。方法:将80例陈旧性肛裂住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对比分析2组手术时间、术后肛门疼痛、肛管张力、创面愈合时间及治愈率的差异。结果:治疗组在疼痛、愈合时间方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),对照组在手术时间方面优于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),但在肛管张力、治愈率方面2组差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:肛裂切除内括约肌部分松解黏膜下移术治疗陈旧性肛裂疗效确切,具有创伤小、疼痛轻、愈合时间短等优势。
Objective ： To observed and evaluate the clinical efficacy of anal fissure excision of the internal sphincter and submucosal dissection in treating old anal fissure . Methods： Randomly divide the 80 old anal fissure patients into tw-o groups, including treatment group and control group, the differences of the operation time, postoperative anal pain, anal tension, wound healing time and cure rate were compared and analyzed. Results ： The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in pain and healing time, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the control group is better than the treatment group in the operation time, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05） , but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in anal tension and cure rate （ P 〉 0. 05） .Conclusion ： Anal fissure excision of the sphincter part of the sphincter for the treatment of old anal fissure is effective, with the advantages of small trauma, mild pain and short healing time.
