摘要
目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者腰臀部压敏点与中医证型对应关系。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症患者136例,对患者进行中医辨证分型,记录各中医证型患者压敏点分布情况,利用统计软件中的对应分析模块对压敏点与中医证型进行简单对应分析。结果中医辨证为气滞血瘀型58例,压敏点多见于棘突及棘间和小关节区;风寒湿痹型44例,压敏点多见于臀上皮神经、梨状肌区;湿热痹阻型9例,压敏点多见于臀中肌;肝肾亏虚型25例,压敏点多见于髂腰韧带。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者腰臀部压敏点与中医证型存在一定联系,压敏点可作为中医外治的重要体征。
Objective It is to observe the relationship between waist and buttock trigger points and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods One hundred and thirty-six cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and classified by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation typing, the distribution of trigger points in the patients of every syndrome differentiation type were recorded, while their relationship with syndrome differentiation type were analyzed by the corresponding analysis module of the statistical software. including 58 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis type, 44 cases of anemofrigid-damp arthralgia type, 9 cases of dampness-heat blockage type,25 cases of hepaticand renal deficiency type. Results The trigger points of qi stagnation and blood stasis type including 58 cases mainly distributed in area of spinous process and interspinous, facet joint;the trigger points of anemofrigid-damp arthralgia type including 44 cases mainly distributed in area of nervi clunium superiores, piriformis;the trigger points of dampness-heat blockage type including 9 cases mainly distributed in area of mesoglutaeus;the trigger points of hepaticand renal deficiency type including 25 cases mainly distributed in area of iliolumbar ligament. Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the waist and buttock trigger points and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types in patients with lumbar disc herniation, which can be used as an important sign of traditional Chinese medical external treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
