摘要
为了实现准确定量自动化灌装技术和达到预定目标,基于DL8000控制器的基础上,介绍了利用离线编程对自动灌装技术在LNG装车中的应用,通过DL8000配套的ROCKLINK800软件平台对LNG装车控制系统进行离线配置与定量装车方法的离线编程,并通过实例应用验证了定量自动灌装技术的可靠性,达到了预定的目标。实例表明,通过ROCKLINK800平台对LNG装车控制系统进行离线编程和在线下载,实现了定量自动灌装技术在LNG装车控制系统中的应用,展示了基于DL8000的定量自动灌装技术在LNG装车中应用更便捷和灵活。同时离线编程减少了现场调试的时间,提高了调试编程的效率。
In order to achieve accurate quantitative automatic filling technology and achieve the intended goal,based on the DL8000 controller,the paper introduces the application of automatic filling technology in LNG loading by off-line programming.The off-line programming of the offline configuration and quantitative loading method of the LNG loading control system is carried out through the ROCKLINK800 software platform of the DL8000,and the reliability of the quantitative automatic filling technology is verified by the example application,and the predetermined goal is achieved.The example shows that the off-line programming and online download of the LNG loading control system using the ROCKLINK800 platform realizes the application of the quantitative automatic filling technology in the LNG loading control system,and demonstrates convenience and flexibility in application of the DL8000-based quantitative automatic filling technology in LNG loading.Off-line programming reduces the time required for on-site debugging and improves the efficiency of debug programming.
