摘要
在纺纱生产中,要完成残纱管的自动清纱,就需要检测纱管上是否有残纱以及区分纱管大小头,选用工业视觉系统检测纱管是否有残纱以及区分大小头。通过工业视觉系统采集图像,采集的图像转换成数字信号后被传输至图像系统,图像系统接收到传送来的信号并对其进行处理,根据灰度阈值判定纱管是否含有残纱,并根据纱管图像区分大小头。
In production,to complete the automatic yarn of residual yarn,it is necessary to detect whether there is residual yarn on the yarn tube and the size of the head,the industrial vision system is used to detect whether the yarn is residual yarn and distinguish the size of the head.Through the industrial vision system to collect the image,the captured image is transferred to the image system,the image system receives the transmitted signal and processes it,the gray threshold value is used to determine whether the yarn tube contains residual yarn,and the yarn tube image is used to distinguish size head.
