摘要
介绍了超细碎预磨机的工作原理,分析了物料颗粒在超细碎预磨机中的破碎运动过程,基于破碎腔内外的空气压力差建立了超细碎预磨机生产率的物理模型,并得出了数学联立表达式。理论分析表明,超细碎预磨机的生产率和主轴转速以及结构尺寸参数的大小有关。
The working principle of ultra-fine grinding machine is introduced,the motion of ore material particles in grinding machine is analyzed.Based on air pressure inside and outside the grinding cavity,the physical model of grinding machine’s productivity is established,and the mathematical simultaneous expression is obtained.It is showed that productivity of ultra-fine grinding machine is related to spindle speed and relative dimensions.
