摘要
基于战略性新兴产业与区域经济的耦合机制,分别构建战略性新兴产业与区域经济两大指标体系,利用耦合协调原理与模型,研究以2011—2016年长江经济带11个省(市)战略性新兴产业与区域经济互动发展的耦合协调发展关系为例。结果表明:从长江经济带空间布局来看,长江经济带战略性新兴产业与区域经济耦合协调程度总体偏低,东部省份的耦合协调水平依次高于中部和西部各省份;其中江苏、上海、浙江省进入耦合匹配阶段,其他大部分市省(市)处于濒临失调或失调阶段;除江苏外,其他省(市)战略性新兴产业发展均滞后于区域经济发展。
Based on the coupling mechanism of paper has strategic emerging industries and regional economy, this a strategic emerging industries and regional economic index system, using the coupled coordination principle and model, studied strategic emerging industries and the coupling of the inter- active development of regional economy coordination development during 2011 -2016 in 11 provinces （municipalities） of the Yangtze river economic belt Results show that from the point of the Yangtze river economic belt spatial layout, its coordination degree of strategic emerging industries and regional economy is overall of a low degree, the level of the eastern province is higher than those of central and western provinces, among which, Jiangsu, Shanghai and Zhejiang province have entered into the cou- pling matching stage, and most other cities are in the stage of an impending imbalance or imbalance. Except for Jiangsu, the strategic emerging industries of other provinces lag behind their regional eco- nomic development （municipalities）.
