提升机主轴装置轴承座变形问题研究

摘要 提升机作为笔者所在公司的主要产品,从建厂至今已有60余年的历史,为公司争得了荣誉和利润,但同时提升机的一些细节质量问题仍然存在,如铸件外观质量、轴承座变形、盘型制动器漏油等问题。其中,主轴装置轴承座精加工尺寸检验合格后,进入装配会出现部分轴承座变形,导致定位销无法装入的情况。因此,为了控制和减少主轴装置轴承座的变形,本文特选取一些生产的轴承座进行研究分析,以期从根本上解决此问题。 As the main product of my company, the hoist has a history of more than 60 years since the construction of the company. It has won honor and profit for the company. But at the same time, some details of the quality of the hoist are still existing, such as the appearance quality of the castings, the deformation of the bearing seat, the oil leakage of the disc brake and so on. Among them, after the inspection of the size of the bearing housing of the spindle device is qualified, there will be some deformation of the bearing block when entering the assembly, resulting in the location of the locating pin can not be loaded. Therefore, in order to control and reduce the deformation of the bearing seat of the spindle unit, some bearing seats produced in this paper were, selected to be studied and analyzed in order to solve the problem fundamentally.
