摘要
采用错位宽边耦合微带线结构,设计了一款新型6~18 GHz带状线渐变结构3 d B定向耦合器。设计基于传输线耦合理论、奇偶模分析理论以及渐变线对称定向耦合器设计理论,首先利用最小二乘法获得合适的权重因子,然后综合得到耦合器的初始阻抗参数,最后在此基础上通过HFSS仿真优化获得满足要求的仿真模型,为提高耦合器在高频时的性能,在渐变结构上增加了48枝补偿枝节。结果表明,耦合器最大插损小于0.7 d B,相位差小于7°,端口匹配度大于15 d B,隔离度大于18 d B,实测与理论仿真基本一致。
A new 6-18 GHz 3 dB stripline coupler based on continuously tapered structure is designed by adopting a dislocation wide-edge coupled strip line structure. Based on the theory of transmission line coupling,odd-even mode analysis theory and the design theory of gradient line symmetrical directional coupler,the design obtained the appropriate weighting factor through the least square method,and then integrated to get initial impedance parameters of the coupler. Finally,the structural parameters that met the requirements were obtained through HFSS simulation optimization. Besides,to improve the performance of the couplers in the high frequency,this paper creatively increased 48 compensation branches on the gradient structure. The results show basically that the insertion loss of 3 dB coupler is lower than 0. 7 dB; its phase difference is less than 7°,the port matching degree is more than 15 dB; and isolation degree is greater than 18 dB. Such results were basically consistent with the basic theory simulation.
