摘要
驾驶室后悬置系统是固定驾驶室与车架,实现支撑驾驶室和衰减震动的重要组成部分。后悬支架总成是驾驶室后悬置的重要连接部件,其结构强度关乎车辆安全运行问题。文章利用有限元分析软件Hyperworks对某重型卡车驾驶室后悬支架总成进行了多工况分析,验证了其结构强度要求;采用高强度钢减薄的优化方法,在满足结构强度要求的同时实现了结构的轻量化。
The rear suspension system of the cab is an important part for fixing the cab and frame, supporting the cab and attenuating vibration. The rear suspension bracket assembly is an important connection part of the rear suspension of the cab. In this paper, the finite element analysis software Hyperworks is used to analyze the multi-case condition of a heavy truck cab rear suspension bracket assembly, which verifies its structural strength requirements. The high-strength steel thinning optimization method is used to realize the lightweight of structure, while meet the structural strength requirements.
