摘要
直联驱动桥桥壳作为乘用车中最重要的一部分,其动态特性能直接影响整车的NVH性能。文章在阐述模态分析理论基础上,首先对其进行三维建模,然后对其有限元模型进行模态仿真,运用LMS软件对直联驱动桥桥壳进行试验模态测试,并通过最小二乘复频域法对试验模态数据进行参数识别。最后,将试验结果与数值模态结果对比分析,结果表明:直联驱动桥桥壳模态仿真数据与试验模态数据基本吻合,该研究方法与结果对于直联驱动桥桥壳动态特性具有一定实际指导作用。
The straight drive axle housing is the most important part of passenger car, The Dynamic characteristics can directly affect the NVH performance of the vehicle. Based on the theory of modal analysis, Fristly, the software was used to create the three dimensional model of the straight drive axle housing parts, secondly, the whole straight drive axle housing free modal is simulated. The mode test of the straight drive axle housing is carried out by using LMS Test, And the modal parameters are identified by using the PolyMAX method. Finally, the experimental results and numerical simulation results are compared and analyzed, the comparison between the results of finite element modal analysis and modal tests indicate that the results of finite element modal analysis are well agree with that of modal tests, The method and results of this study have certain practical guidance to the dynamic characteristics of the axle housing of a straight drive axle.
