摘要
目的:分析血液透析护理缺陷发生的相关因素及应对措施。方法:选择某血液透析科发生的120起护理缺陷,分析其发生原因、分类、与护理人员的关系、时间特点等。结果:常见的护理缺陷类型主要为血液透析中失血,工作年限小于2年的低年资护士则是引起护理缺陷的高危人群,血液透析治疗中是发生护理缺陷的主要时段,发生护理缺陷的相关因素主要为观察和评估不到位、未严格执行查对制度、护士风险意识不强等。结论:针对血液透析护理缺陷发生的相关因素,制定有效的应对措施,能对护理缺陷进行有效预防和控制,让血液透析患者的安全得以保证。
Objective：To analyze the related factors and countermeasures of nursing defects in hemodialysis.Methods：120 nursing defects were selected at hemodialysis department in hospital, analyzed the causes and classification of nursing defects, and the relationship with nursing staff, time characteristics. Results：The main types of nursing defects were blood loss in hemodialysis, and the high risk groups of nursing defects were lower level nurses who worked for less than 2 years; the main period of nursing defects were occurred in the treatment of hemodialysis; and the main related factors of nursing defects were the observation and evaluation were not in place, failure to strictly enforce the checking system, Nurses have no strong risk consciousness. Conclusion：According to the related factors of nursing defects in hemodialysis, taking effective measures can prevent and control the nursing defects, so as to ensure the safety of hemodialysis patients.
