摘要
分析了防爆盖存在的问题,基于此,提出了防爆盖的优化与改进设计方案,即将防爆门变成铰链门式开合结构,并在四周加设正方形的门框,门框侧面安装转轴和铰链;为了对防爆盖进行更好地密封,在门板与门框之间采用了特质的密封件,并呈"口"字形进行密封。改进后的防爆盖大大缩短了井下反风时防爆盖锁紧的时间,提升了该矿通风系统的安全性。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the explosion-proof cover, the optimization and improvement design of the explosion-proof cover is introduced. The explosion-proof door is changed into a hinged door opening and closing structure, and the square door frame is added around, and the rotary shaft and hinge are installed on the side of the door frame. In order to seal the explosion-proof cover better, a special seal is adopted between the door plate and the door frame and sealed in the shape of "mouth". The improved explosion-proof cover greatly shortens the lock time of the explosion proof cover in the downhole counterwind, improves the safety of the mine ventilation system.
