摘要
结合XGZ600型刮板输送机使用过程中经常出现的错位问题、轨道故障、从动链轮故障等现象,给出了相应的改进技术措施,并对改进后的使用效果进行了评价。结果表明:通过对该型号刮板机进行改进不仅可有效节约材料,而且可在很大程度上降低维护成本费用。
According to the problems of dislocation, track fault and driven sprocket failure in the use of XGZ600 scraper conveyer, the corresponding technical measures are put forward, and the effect of the improvement is evaluated.The results show that the improvement of the scraper can not only save the material effectively, but also reduce the cost of maintenance to a great extent.
