摘要
以某矿23-2煤层主运大巷为工程背景,分析巷道原支护方案存在的问题,结合二次锚网喷索支护原理和支护原则,对其巷道支护进行优化,并在优化段巷道布置了测站进行实时观测。从现场监测的结果可知,支护效果良好,支护结构没有发生破坏,变形量和顶板离层量都控通过制在合理范围内,二次锚网喷索耦合支护技术确保了23-2煤层辅运大巷的长期安全稳定,对矿井乃至整个易崩解弱胶结软岩地区矿山开挖起到了借鉴和指导作用。
Taking the main roadway of 23-2 coal seam as the engineering background, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the original supporting scheme of the roadway, and combines with the principle and principle of the secondary bolting, mesh shotcreting and cable supporting, optimizes the support of the roadway. At the same time,the real-time observation station is arranged in the roadway of the optimized section. From the results of field monitoring, it can be seen that the supporting effect is good, the supporting structure is not destroyed, the deformation and the amount of roof detachment are controlled within a reasonable range. The secondary bolting net shotcrete and cable coupling support technology ensures the long-term safety and stability of the auxiliary roadway in 23-2 coal seam and plays a reference and guidance role in mining excavation in the mine and the whole weak cemented soft rock area where the coal mine is prone to collapse.
